Chelsea's Wedding Blog

We have added our registry! Woo-hoo! Still a long ways to go, but we can say a little more. Our plans for the wedding date will be January 2014. The exact date is still on the table, but that is what we are aiming for. I have also added a link above to my blog. I will be sharing anything I may be working on in regards to the wedding such as Do It Yourself crafts for decorations, ideas, news and whatever else. I hope it will be useful to all our visitors.

Cheers!

At this point, we've talked to many people. The pastor, potential wedding party, family, and even started looking into potential vendors and venues. Most things are still under wraps, but I'm hoping to send out a newsletter to our VIPs within the next month or so. My goal is to sit down with Erick and by the end of the month have this baby fine tuned and fully functional.

Cheers!

Changed the look of the site. I know, I know. Already? But here's one question checked off your list. The layout features our colors. I have also added some of my bridesmaids to the Wedding Party page and tweaked some info on our parents page.

Cheers!

Future Plans

We're presently working on our budget and confirming our wedding party. We will most likely announce our party by the end of March or beginning of April for those that want to know.

We've talked to our pastor and like many people whom we've talked to about our potential date, it is still far to early to set anything up. However, he has let the deacon we want to minister the ceremony know that we are interested in having him be a part of our special day.

We're keeping most things in regards to the wedding pretty under wraps, so if you're looking for information on what our actual plans are for the big day, you're going to be out of luck until we send out the "Save the Date!" cards. Until our plans are actually set in motion, we don't want to say we're doing one thing and then change it later. We're trying to keep drama and stress to a minimum.

Let's just say this, it's going to be awesome.
